Do I already need to be working remotely to join WiFi Tribe?

Yes, each member is required to be involved in a professional outlet, whether that be an independent business (freelance, contractor), as a part of a working relationship (employer, employee), or managing their own company. We've also had several members join us to work on specific projects, such as a PhD, writing a book, and starting a business. What matters to us is that everyone is on the same page and planning to be working, instead of coming for a holiday.
