What is the process for early booking and planning ahead?

In a nutshell, booking a trip early will go like this:

1. Book early: The destination is speaking to you and the dates work for your schedule, so you want to save a spot. Simply submit the booking form with your information, room preferences, and confirm you want to put one deposit towards saving your spot. 
2. Start planning: Your spot is secured! While you start planning for the trip, the team will finalize exactly where we’ll stay and how much it’ll cost.
3. Reconfirm your booking: Once our accommodation is locked in and the prices are announced, all the early bookers have 3 days to decide if they want to keep their spot. If you decide not to reconfirm to the trip, your deposit is released to use for a future booking.
4. Remaining spots are opened up: After the early bookers reconfirm their spots, all of the remaining rooms will open up to the community to fill out the group.
