Is there a deadline for when pricing and accommodations information will be finalized for each trip?

The goal is always to announce pricing and housing details ASAP. Internally as a team, we’re aiming to finalize these decisions at least 14-16 weeks before the trip starts. This is a self-imposed deadline, but by taking a more measured approach in launching trips, we’re confident we can hit them. The first few trips in the year will show us what’s working well and what’s getting in the way of hitting this goal so we can adjust.
